How do I return a product and request for refund?

If you are not satisfied with the item or made a wrong purchase, you may request for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please send us an email at return@advagen.com and provide your order details stating your reason for the exchange or return.

For all exchanges and returns, the item should not be opened and in good condition. Please note that the delivery charges would not be refunded
and the cost of return shipping shall be borne by you.
