The person in charge of our Digital and eCommerce activities. The successful candidate will strategise and efficiently execute digital marketing programs to create brand awareness and generate sales. He/she will develop appropriate action plans and solutions to develop and grow our eCommerce business.

A self-motivated and creative individual who is able to work in a team environment. He/she is well-organized, can multi-task and at the same time stay focused on the target goals.

Job Scope

• Strategise, plan and execute digital marketing programs to create brand awareness and drive sales of products on ecommerce platforms
  Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, ebay and others.
• Create/maintain product listings, images, campaigns and manage orders, delivery packing/fulfillment, inventory, payments, refunds, customer
  service and enquiries on the ecommerce platforms.
• Develop content/artwork to market and create awareness of ADVAGEN and its products on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
  LinkedIn, etc as well as the ecommerce platforms.
• Design/develop and maintain/update websites of ADVAGEN and its products.
• Track and analyze data from the websites and search engines and develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase online presence and
  corporate/brand awareness.
• Analyse, evaluate and improve customers’ overall experience across the multiple channels.
• Achieve the targets set and account for the P&L of ADVAGEN’s ecommerce business/activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree with knowledge in digital marketing and eCommerce
• Consumer healthcare / FMCG experience preferred but not necessary
• Good communication skills
• Driven, motivated and outgoing with positive attitude
