Refunds and returns are only applicable to products listed in shop.
If you were not satisfied with the item or made a wrong purchase, you may choose to get a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the products. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order details with your reason for an exchange or return.
For all exchanges and returns, the item should be in good condition. Please note that the delivery charges would not be refunded and cost of shipping for exchanges or returns shall be borne by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify accordingly.
We will notify you once we have received and assessed your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
You may be able to cancel your order within a short period of ordering, depending on its status. However, you will not be able to change your order, you will have to cancel the existing order and re-order.
